At Holiday IV Gardan, we have adopted the all sanitation and social distancing measures required by the new regional protocols.

Location

The location of the hotel gives us an advantage and, this year, it is ideal for spending your well-deserved holiday in complete tranquility in the large garden, far from the gatherings, but a few steps from the historic center.

The area also offers many outdoor activities to be enjoyed at your ease and without having to queue: walks, trekking and bike tours for all tastes and levels of difficulty. With this in mind, we decided to create a small excursion guide (which we will personally give to you) to consult during your stay on Lake Garda.

Rooms & common areas

After guests check out, all the rooms are carefully cleaned and sanitised by a specialised external company. Professional sanitising products are used and the cleaning staff is provided with all necessary sanitary equipment.

The bed linen is sanitised by a specialised external company.

For all our common areas, such as the breakfast room, Agorà, wine cellar, hall and lift, we have introduced a schedule for careful and frequent cleaning and disinfection during the day, paying particular attention to the surfaces that are touched most often (handles, elevator buttons, handrails, switches).

Breakfast & kitchen

Appropriate protective equipment  will be used in the  kitchen , in compliance with the protocols in place.

The tables in the breakfast room are carefully arranged in keeping with social distancing rules (at least 1 metre between people).

The Buffet is meticulously prepared in order to guarantee the quality and variety of the products. We have introduced an “Assisted Buffet”, where the buffet counter is set apart by separators, the food is adequately protected and will be served directly at the table in the indoor dining hall, on the veranda or in the new adapted space by the swimming pool.

On request, free of charge, you can request to have breakfast in your room, which will be delivered while following all the directives.

Fast check-in & booking conditions

To prevent people from gathering at reception and to protect us and you, we have introduced a brand new Fast Check-in service. A few days before arrival, we will send you a form to fill out containing all your personal data, which will allow us to complete the registration without having to make you wait at the reception.

We feel it is important to make our booking conditions very flexible: for the duration of the whole summer, you can make reservations without a credit card guarantee and you can change the date of your stay or the name without any penalties and in total freedom.

Staff

All of us in the IV Gardan Team have been scrupulously trainedon the regulations to be followed and equipped with all means and sanitary devices needed to protect ourselves and our guests.

It will be difficult for the Holiday IV Gardan staff not to be able to welcome you with a handshake, but you will still be welcomed with a smile (from under our masks) and our full readiness to assist you, with the aim of making sure you enjoy a peaceful and wonderful holiday with us, just as you always have before.
